Precise Personnel is looking for an Office Coordinator with traffic background and familiar with customer routing guides and customer routing compliance.
Shift: 1st shift
Pay Rate: $20 an hour
Location: Chino, CA
Requirements:
Accustomed to working in an office environment
Accustomed to meeting customer deadlines
Computer knowledge and experience required
Knowledge of shipping documents (BOL, Manifests, etc.)
Ability to create BOL’s a plus.
Experience working with Port to arrange delivery of containers a plus.
Candidates who have worked in Traffic or Dispatching a plus.
Candidates who are familiar customer routing guides a plus.
Experienced accessing carrier portals (trucking companies) for rate searching.
Professional conduct and accustomed to heavy phone use.
Experience speaking with carriers via phone and computer.
Ability to work and speak with warehouse and sales personnel daily.
