Location: Fontana, CA (Between Foothill Blvd. / Alder Ave.)
Schedule: Office is open from 10:00AM - 7:00PM - We are offering (1) full time or part time position. Flexible schedule.
We are a small, growing insurance & financial services office looking for a reliable, proactive, and organized office assistant. This role is perfect for someone who is bilingual (English and Spanish) organized, has a friendly and positive attitude who can manage multitasking, learning new skills, and can help keep an office running smoothly.
No prior insurance/financial experience required (but preferred) - we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- General office and administrative duties
- Processing insurance payments and assisting with insurance related tasks
- Assisting client with vehicle registration services
- Helping organize files, schedules and office systems
- Supporting daily office operations and keeping workflows organized
- Answering phones, e-mails, text messages and assist walk-in clients
- Assist in keeping the office efficient, clean, and well managed
- Providing executive support such as keeping organized calendar with reminders, priorities and tasks/payments due ensuring tasks get completed within the deadlines.
- Data entry
- Keep track of the accounts payable/receivable
