Our company is searching for experienced candidates for the position of DIALER'S. Please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications. While this is our ideal list, we will consider candidates that do not necessarily have all of the qualifications, but have sufficient experience and talent. We do all of our training in house.
Responsibilities for dialer
-Handle questions or complaints
-Update account status and database regularly
-Self-motivated, driven and organized and possess a strong sense of urgency in order to meet deadlines effectively
-Excellent communication skills (oral & written), ability to manage a varied workload and to prioritize are essential
-Effective time management skills and ability to influence others to a desired outcome
- Dial at least 65 accounts a day
Qualifications for dialer
-Will have excellent organizational skills
-Will have good verbal and written communication skills
-Will be able to multi-task and meet assigned deadlines
-Will be reliable and willing to put forward the work needed daily
-Show ability to multi-task
