My company is looking for a loan modification processor, someone that knows how to prequalify home owners who are in foreclosure.
This is a new starting company.
1. Must be knowledgeable with banks documents and loan modification programs
2. Must be able keep good record of all documents for clients
3. Must have great communication skills
4. Great organization skills
5. Great computer skills
6. Must confident in your ability.
7. Must have two years experience minimum
8. Posses great negotiation skills
This job is part-time as business comes in it will turn into a full time position.
