Part-Time Property Manager (Non-Resident)

We are looking for enthusiastic and friendly person to manage our small community.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE FULL YEAR EXPERIENCE IN MULTIFAMILY LEASING.

Must be high school graduate. Must have excellent phone and communication skills. Must be knowledgeable in computer, words, spreadsheet and posting ads on the internet. Work hours 9-2 PM M, Tu and F.

YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR COMPUTER, CELL PHONE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE SKILLS DURING THE INTERVIEW.
