EXPERIENCED WINDOW / GLAZING ESTIMATORS & SALES PROS WANTED (Residential + Commercial)

American Window Company is growing fast, and we’re looking for proven estimators and salespeople who know windows, doors, glass, and storefront systems — and who want consistent opportunity in a stable, professional company.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your background, you may focus more on estimating, sales, or both.

Meet with homeowners, contractors, property managers, and commercial clients

Measure, evaluate project scope, and recommend the right products/solutions

Build accurate proposals and bids (retrofit, nail-on, storefront, showers, commercial glazing, etc.)

Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams through job completion

Follow up on leads and maintain a strong close rate

Represent our company professionally in the field and on the phone

The Kind of Person We’re Looking For

You’re not new to this. You already understand how to sell/estimate in our industry.

Proven sales and/or estimating experience in windows, doors, glazing, or construction

Reliable, responsible, honest, and organized

Strong communicator with a friendly, professional presence

Detail-oriented (measurements, specs, and pricing matter)

Comfortable with both residential customers and commercial clients

Able to manage a pipeline and follow through

Big plus if you have experience with:

Residential retrofit / nail-on windows and doors

Storefront / commercial glazing

Shower glass and mirrors

Stucco patching and finishing knowledge

Reading plans/specs and doing takeoffs

Working with vendors, lead times, and product options
