Job Title: Staffing Sales Representative

Department: Sales

No remote work and based out of Upland office.

Reports To: Director of Sales and Operations

Position Summary:

As a Sales Rep for Fastemps Inc., the primary responsibility is to drive sales growth by fostering and maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients. This role requires proactive outreach, exceptional client service, and a

deep understanding of Fastemps business.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Outreach: Engage in consistent communication with clients and prospects through calls and emails weekly, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

Field Sales: Knock on a minimum of 10 doors daily, either for cold calls or follow-ups on previous interactions. This face-to-face engagement is vital for building and maintaining rapport with potential and existing clients.

Secure Customer Accounts: Secure and manage customer accounts in the designated territory, ensuring client satisfaction and account growth.

Network & Market Presence: Build a robust network within the designated territory and expand market presence, aiming for dominance in the staffing sector.

Business Partnerships: Establish lasting business partnerships with key clients and explore new avenues for expansion to diversify the client base.

Client Relationship Management: Facilitate strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and delivering impactful presentations to showcase Fastemps.

Alignment with Projects: Work closely with agency projects, ensuring your sales goals and performance metrics align with overarching company objectives.

Quality Enhancement: Actively contribute to quality enhancement initiatives, ensuring that Intela Staffing maintains its reputation for excellence.

Reporting: Keep management regularly informed of progress on initiatives, challenges faced, and potential opportunities.

Planning & Prospecting: Dedicate one full day each week to planning and strategizing for the upcoming week, including prospecting potential new clients.

Sales Database Utilization: Accurately record and update all client interactions, leads, and sales in the company’s system, and effectively utilize all relevant sales software tools for lead generation, field sales planning, and territory management. Ensure comprehensive integration of these tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sales activities and client relationship management.

Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and stay updated on the company's evolving business

Qualifications:

Business to Business Sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Knowledge of the staffing industry

Bilingual Spanish a plus
