As we continue to grow, we're on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our team.

Your Role:

As a Sales Representative at OS4 Labor, you'll be a crucial part of our growth strategy. Your mission? To build meaningful connections, understand client needs, and showcase how our services can make a positive impact.

Your Responsibilities:

Explore Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective networking and prospecting.

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key decision-makers.

Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' needs and requirements.

Present Solutions: Effectively communicate the value of our services, tailoring presentations to address specific client needs.

Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

Sales Experience: Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets is a plus.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Staffing, Class A Driver solutions, and BPO is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a dynamic environment.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
