We are looking for a motivated & professional salesperson to join our team to help us bring in new customers to our security business. Our services include armed & unarmed guards, personal protection, remote video monitoring, vehicle & bike patrols, alarm response, loss prevention, threat assessment, and certified security surveys.
Job requirements:
Must have min 2 years' experience selling service business products with a proven track record of closing sales.
Have great communication skills, great persuasion skills, and good overall people skills.
Have a valid drivers license.
Understands the sales cycle.
Have a clean criminal history.
Job duties:
Find new job leads through various method such as referrals, job boards, direct contact, internet searching, door hangers, cold calling, contract renewals, email campaigns, service discounts and specials, free service, direct mail etc.
grow long term business relationships. Work with owner to develop effective methods to identify and close sales.
Drive out to potential customer locations. Maintain current list of potential clients.
Assist company growth by bringing in customers.
Compensation:
Commission base of 35% of new business you bring in and will continue each month the new business remains with our company. There is great earning potential. We want you to grow with us. This can be a full or part time position for someone able to sell our security services to new customers. You will also have access to company vehicles to conduct sales activities.
