TECH SUPPORT $20.00+/hr ENTRY LEVEL
POSITION IS FULL TIME, M-F, 830-530 pm IN OUR LA VERNE CA OFFICE NO REMOTE WORK
TECH SUPPORT is responsible on assisting with the following day to day task/assignments, which includes but not limited to:
Answering incoming calls/multiple phone lines
Making outbound calls
Terminal programing/downloads and troubleshooting minor issues (all platforms)
Terminal diagnostic and cleaning
Welcome Kit preparation
Paper order
Shipping
Receiving and putting away equipment from vendors
ODA (Other duties assigned)
Miscellaneous tasks and/or projects not otherwise indicated
