Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing high-quality cabinetry in residential spaces. This role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Install custom and pre-fabricated cabinets according to design specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble materials for installation.
Ensure cabinets are properly aligned, leveled, and securely installed.
Work with a variety of tools and materials, including wood, laminates, and hardware.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and project managers.
Troubleshoot installation issues and adjust fittings as necessary.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace during and after installation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a cabinet installer or in a similar carpentry role.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints.
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt on the job.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift, move, and install cabinets.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
