We are currently remodeling apartments in Temecula and looking for somebody with experience in all phases of interior remodeling. We use subcontractors for all work completed but be willing to assist and help keep the job site moving. No specific trade skills necessary although prior experience helps.
Requirements
Ability to listen, read and comprehend any task given.
Assist senior employees with tasks in order to maintain job production.
Have basic knowledge of materials commonly used on construction sites.
Operate basic power tools
Provide physical duties to include accessing ladders, stooping, lifting, and basic material handling
Must have good communication skills
Must have valid CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record
Must have reliable personal transportation as job sites vary in location

This position comes with the expectations that you are a hard-working individual. The type of person who takes pride in their work and is accountable for the work they produce. We expect that an employee will be available Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm with reasonably flexible hours (kids, doctor appts etc)
Maintain quality workmanship within a timely manner while maintaining proper safety practices.
Must be a team player, and have the ability to get along with other team members
