Key Skills & Requirements:

Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in at least 3 of the following trades: Framing, Concrete, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Painting, Welding, Drywall, Stucco, Masonry, and/or Roofing.

Certifications: Trade, OSHA, and Equipment Certifications are a plus but not a requirement.

Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license with no restrictions and no DUI or DWI incidents in the past 5 years. Reliable transportation is essential, as you'll need to transport and deliver materials and tools to worksites.

Tools: Proficient in using various construction, power, and hand tools.

Construction Knowledge: Strong knowledge of construction materials, applications, and tools.

Communication Skills: Effective communication is vital for collaborating with colleagues and conveying field observations back to management.

Technology Needs: Basic computer skills, smartphone proficiency, and tablet use are all part of the job.

Safety First: Safety is paramount. You'll be responsible for adhering to the highest safety standards to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the worksite.

Physical Abilities: The role demands the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights, and handle extreme weather conditions. You'll also need to climb, balance, stoop, and kneel, sometimes for extended periods.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct visual inspections of building components and site amenities, promptly reporting any safety concerns to company management.

Read technical data and manufacturer specifications for repairs and installations.

Respond to work requests, performing repairs and installations based on work orders or scope of work.

Evaluate job sites to determine materials needed for each project.

Purchase and deliver necessary materials for jobs.

Ensure all work adheres to high-quality installation and application standards.

Adhere to safety protocols, including reading technical data and MSDS information and following the Safety Code of Conduct.

Report field observations and job statuses to management.

Attend training sessions and meetings as directed by management.

Maintain accurate records of time and expenses in ProTec Connect daily.

Compensation:

We understand that your skills deserve recognition. That's why we offer a competitive pay scale ranging from $22 to $34 per hour, based on experience and expertise. We believe in compensating our dedicated team members fairly for their hard work and commitment.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday; 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
