- Oversee mechanics and technicians in daily operations
- Monitor work quality and efficiency; inspect completed jobs as needed
- Provide guidance, training, and support to the shop team.
- Handle escalated driver complaints or issues
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assist in ordering parts
- Track progress on repairs and provide updates
- Experience in a trk/trl repair or dealership setting is highly desirable
- Environment: Primarily in the shop/garage area; exposure to noise, grease, and outdoor temperatures.
- Physical: Must be in shape
