Description:Inari is currently at capacity with their permanent head count. These are still contract to hire but ALL candidates must be aware and ok with the fact that these positions may not go permanent at the 6 month markit may take longer. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS WITH ALL CANDIDATES BEFORE INTERVIEWINGAll candidates MUST be open to OT during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.

-OT can start an hour BEFORE the shift time3- 3:45pm start timePay:

Assembler I: $19.50 (1 year of manufacturing w/microscope) + $1.50 Shift Differential

Assembler II: $21.00 (1 year+ medical device w/microscope) + $1.50 Shift DifferentialOT as needed before shift and SaturdaysThe Assembler I under direct supervision uses a variety of tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test medical devices.Important/Must haves:

-Microscope experience

-Small part assembly

-Strong communication skillsResponsibilities

Understand and follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures.

Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Quality System.

Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Project Engineer/ Supervisor.

Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. 6. Other duties as assigned,

Ability to work with microscope 90% of shift

Able to work with small parts (will be inspecting various raw materials but the main product are catheters)

HS Diploma or Equivalent1st Day:
