In this role, you will: Develop, implement, and monitor positive behavior support systems tailored to individuals with challenging behaviors.Provide direct clinical services, coaching, and consultation to staff.Partner with individuals and families to foster independence, productivity, and community connection.Collaborate as a member of our interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure best-practice services.Services are provided in accordance with Dungarvin policies and procedures, state, federal, and BCBA guidelines, available research evidence on effective practices, and all applicable contractual obligations.
