Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently using QuickBooks Online.
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and summaries for management review.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and internal controls.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Cycle Bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
