About the Role
As a Data Entry/Bookkeeper, you’ll handle:
Accurate data entry of financial transactions into QuickBooks and other systems.
Organizing and maintaining client records with precision.
General bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and tracking expenses.
Collaborating with our team to meet deadlines and ensure client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking for
We need someone who:
Has experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or related fields.
Experience with QuickBooks Desktop/Online for over 5 years and Microsoft Office software (and eager to continue to learn!).
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
