My skills:
Accounting & Litigation. Manage cash accounts and bank reconciliations on a monthly basis. Create customer invoices, proactively manage receivables, and report on past-due accounts. Receive and record customer payments, including merchant services accounts. Personable and have excellent communication skill
QuickBooks Desktop or Online, AME, Xero, Payroll, ADP, Paychex, CLS and Apricot software experience. As a Fully Charge Bookkeeper or accounting related positions. Accounts payable, code and enter vendor and expense invoices, run checks, etc.
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data.
Creating periodic reports, such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements, etc. Presenting data to managers, investors, and other entities. Maintain accurate financial records. Performing audits and resolving discrepancies.
My hours are part-time or full-time. Can be employment opportunity or contract contractor. Thank you
