The Role:

We’re looking for a sharp, analytical, and business-minded professional to join our team as a Business Financial & Strategy Analyst. This role combines financial modeling, business analysis, KPI tracking, and strategic project management to help optimize operations and scale FCA’s funding and service divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

Build and maintain models to track funding performance, ROI, cash flow, and collections.

Partner with management to develop strategic forecasts, budgets, and dashboards.

Evaluate new business initiatives, pricing strategies, and cross-sell opportunities.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to monitor performance KPIs.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive decision-making.

Support capital planning and financial partnership efforts.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).

3+ years of experience in financial analysis, business strategy, or corporate development.

Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; CRM/BI tools experience preferred.

Strong understanding of financial statements and key performance metrics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in legal funding, financial services, or lending industry is a major plus.
