Large Property Management Firm in Belmont Heights of Long Beach seeks experienced individual to assist two Property Managers with administrative processing of maintenance and repairs. AppFolio software knowledge a plus, have excellent written and verbal communication skills ( bi-lingual Spanish a plus ) interface with owners and tenants, analyze costs and expenses to all vendors work, dispatch work orders, obtain estimates, inspect properties and vacancies for needed turn key prep work, have strong time management and follow up skills.
