We are a busy aerospace machine shop in need of an office assistant/receptionist!
You must be able to multi-task. The ideal candidate will be: smart, sharp, persistent, resourceful, a good problem solver, well-spoken, and extremely organized. You don’t need to be the most experienced person, but rather the most teachable and able to think on your feet. You will assist with day to day activities, which include:
Responsibilities:
Familiarity with Quickbooks is required. Able to reconcile bank and credit accounts.
Process customer Purchase Orders and monitor manufacturing progress of parts (production planning). Expedite as needed.
Respond to all government regulatory filings and customer requests. Customer requests include status and statutory reports.
Answering phones and routing calls
Assist with other clerical duties including scanning and filing etc.
Provide additional support as may be requested by leadership
Monitor/maintain inventory levels and update in MRP system (i.e., JobBoss2)

Full-time day shift. Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm.
