Description:
JT Solution Partners Inc. is seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team! This is your opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment where your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills make a real impact.
What You’ll Do:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance in apartment communities
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and building systems
Provide timely and efficient solutions to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, parts, and service requests
Collaborate with management and team members to prioritize repairs and upgrades
What We’re Looking For:
Strong technical knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general apartment systems
Ability to quickly diagnose problems and determine cost-effective, safe solutions
Excellent troubleshooting skills – you don’t just fix issues, you find the root cause
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Previous maintenance or apartment experience preferred, but we’ll train motivated candidates
