We are looking for E-Commerce Customer Representative.
E- Commerce Customer Representative Responsibilities:
Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, social media and chat from our eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, Ebay etc.)
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding concerns
Logistic help as needed (packaging, shipping and delivery)
Perform all other duties as assigned
Location: South El Monte, CA 91733
Monday- Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
