The job entails but is not limited to:
Greeting our candidates when they stop by our office to apply
Instructing our candidates on which forms to fill and answering their questions
Answering the phones at the office and giving information over the phone such as our address, office hours, etc.,
repeatedly throughout the day
Forwarding the calls to our Staffing Reps to dispatch candidates to work
General Office tasks
No experience in our industry needed we will train but must have previous office experience
Must be bilingual fluent in English and Spanish to assist
