Order Fulfillment / Customer Service Rep
S.T. Intl Group is currently looking for self-motivated individuals with good communication skills to join our company! We are conveniently located in Santa Clarita Business Park which is a minute walk to many restaurants. We are a distributor of watchmaker and jeweler supplies. We are a small company (4-5 people) but have been business for 35+ years.
Your primary role will be:
· Order Fulfillment (pulling orders from shelves, packing orders, shipping orders)
· Taking orders via phone, email, text, etc.
· Handling returns
· Emailing and responding to correspond with customers
Qualities we are looking for:
· Order Fulfillment / e-Commerce experience
· Experience with Fedex, UPS, and Stamps.com/Shipstation software.
· Advanced computer skills (Excel, Outlook) with at least a 50 WPM
· Bilingual (Spanish/Korean/Vietnamese/Mandarin) is a PLUS
· Punctuality
· Ability to multi-task
· Troubleshooting and learning fast
TWO job openings:
· "Full-time" work hours are 9-4 Mon-Fri.
· "Part-time work hours: 3-4 days a week 9-4.
Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Days once probation (3 months) is completed. Lunch is provided every Monday.
