Marina Auto Body is currently looking for an experienced Full Time Auto Body Receptionist. We offer Paid time off, Sick pay and benefits.
Potential candidates must be able to multi-task and handle heavy call volume throughout the day.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greeting all customers and vendors in a timely, friendly and professional manner
Answer all phone calls consistently; relay messages immediately to the correct recipient
Monitor DRP assignments throughout the day, schedule repair and estimate appointments
Daily follow-up phone calls to customers for repair updates
Performs other administrative/clerical related duties as assigned
Knowledgeable in CCCOne and or prior body shop experience is required.
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8-5pm
