Various Classroom positions Toddler Class (18 months - 2years)

2-3 year old class

3-4 year old class

PAY - Range // based on experience

All our teachers, regardless of title, are responsible for working with their team to plan and implement curriculum, to reflect on the children’s learning and their classroom practice in an ongoing way, and to document learning over time. We strive for collaboration among colleagues so being willing to receive and offer feedback on center-wide practice is also expected.

The ideal candidate will be a creative, motivated, and nurturing professional who demonstrates excellent management and interpersonal skills, is passionate about early childhood education, has experience with working in the toddler environment and is able to promote and support a warm, safe, and stimulating educational environment that honors each child. The candidate should be able to interact well with teachers and staff as well as inspire and excite parents, students, and teachers to reach new heights of learning.

Responsibilities include:

Foster a nurturing and caring school atmosphere inclusive of learners of all abilities

Demonstrate and model dedication to own professional development

Model and be an example of a team player with a passion for early childhood education

Develop and coordinate new teacher orientation and plan ongoing mentoring for new teachers

Establish relationships with teachers and organize ongoing professional development and support

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

License/Certification:

Child Development Units (at least 12) (Required)

Work Location: In person

MUST HAVE:

- REQUIRED: 12 ECE units

- At least one year experience working with children

- Willing to commit to a consistent schedule

- Livescan, medical and TB clearance necessary

-CPR/First Aid Certification a plus

-Punctual, dependable, patient and flexible

Interview style: flexible but in person preferred.
