Position: Inhouse Architect needed for a construction company.
Location: San Pedro, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 9:00AM-5:00PM
Duties:
1. Go to the city and pull permits.
2. Submit plans to the city.
3. Create plans for single family residential homes
4. Follow up with the city for approvals.
5. Design/measurements/sketch/layout for plans.
Requirements:
1. Must have 2+ years experience in construction.
2. Licensed Architect, preferred.
3. Must be organized and very detail oriented.
4. Computer savvy.
5. Knows how to communicate with Engineers and title 24 to make sure plans get done right.
6. Must understand how to build a house from A-Z.
7. Must be able to pass a background check/polygraph test.
Compensation: $8,000 per month plus bonuses.
