Description Robert Half Management Resources is recruiting for a strong Interim Accounting Manager with expertise in international accounts to support our ongoing balance sheet intercompany clean-up effort for a 3+ month hybrid engagement. The Accounting Manager will have the responsibility for the oversight and support of our client's International Accounts and ensure that transactions are accurately accounted for and reported in accordance with relevant accounting standards.Requirements
Lead the balance sheet intercompany cleanup efforts and oversee the reconciliation of international accounts.
Manage the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure intercompany transactions and balances are accurately recorded and support the settlement process.
Implement measures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of intercompany reconciliation processes.
Assist in the creation and deployment of accounting policies, processes and procedures as applicable to the operations' functions.
Work with the internal and external auditors during interim and annual audit.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in resolving various accounting issues.
Provide guidance and leadership to the accounting team.
