Position description

The UCLA Department of Classics is authorized to appoint an Adjunct Assistant Professor specializing in Greek and/or Roman Material Culture.Duties: The successful candidate will teach 4-5 courses per year over three quarters, maintain an active research agenda, and participate in departmental activities and service; the ability to teach Greek or Latin at an intermediate level or higher is desirable, though not essential.A terminal degree in a field such as Archeology, Art History, Classics.
