You are An experienced Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfillment Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Planning business for the Blue Yonder platform. The Work A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility – Demand planning, Demand 360, Fulfillment, and order optimization. Exposure to LDE or implementation experience with LDE is a plus.
Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management/data migration.
Should be able to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources. Should be able to drive business requirement workshop and solution design related to BY demand and fulfillment module
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making.
Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
Drive team to Perform solution configuration, end to end testing during System Integration Testing
Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.
Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
Should have strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
May be willing to travel for projects to the client site as per the needs
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s what you need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Tools as Solution Architect; and at least one BY Demand, Demand 360, BY Fulfillment/Order Optimization implementation in retail or consumer goods industry
Minimum of 3 years of experience Managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience
Nice to have:
Experience in BY LDE and BY flowcasting solution.
Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration approaches and integration with peripheral solution such as ESP.
Experience in functional integration to major ERP and planning solution
