Field Management Superintendent

AECOM Hunt has an exciting opportunity for a Project Superintendent will be responsible for on-site supervision of all construction activities for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games and Team USA.The Project Superintendent will:Focus on field execution, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality control, and schedule adherence.Work closely with the Project Manager while serving as the primary on-site leader and point of contact for subcontractors and inspectors.Oversee construction and TI (tenant improvement) projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate and manage inspections with Los Angeles County jurisdictions and local agenciesEnforce jobsite safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsConduct daily site walks to monitor quality, progress, and site conditionsIdentify and resolve field issues, conflicts, and coordination challenges in real timeManage site logistics, phasing, and sequencing, particularly in occupied or operational facilitiesMaintain accurate daily reports, logs, and field documentation using ProcoreLead subcontractor meetings, toolbox talks, and coordination meetingsAbout Construction Management – AECOM HuntFounded in 1944 in Indianapolis, Indiana, AECOM Hunt has been building for over 70 years.
