Description We are looking for a NetSuite Project Manager/Implementation Specialist to focus on the deployment of NetSuite ERP in Mexico, with key responsibilities across several area. This role is within the Real Estate & Property industry and offers a 4-6 month contract with the potential for a permanent placement conversion. The successful candidate will leverage their knowledge of Client-Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Configuration Management, and NetSuite. Responsibilities include:
Project Leadership: The PM will manage the implementation of NetSuite ERP, ensuring it aligns with local business processes within the company's Mexican operations.
Localization Expertise: Configuration of NetSuite in coordination with the NetSuite consultant, to comply with Mexican financial and tax regulations, including electronic invoicing (CFDI), VAT (IVA) management, and SAT-compliant financial reporting.
System Customization: The role involves customizing NetSuite’s modules to meet the specific needs of the Mexican entities.
Data Migration and Integrity: Overseeing the migration of data from legacy systems to NetSuite is crucial, with an emphasis on maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
Training and Adoption: The PM will develop training programs to ensure smooth adoption of NetSuite by users, particularly focusing on features critical to Mexican operations.
Integration and Collaboration: Collaborating closely with IT and other departments, the specialist will integrate NetSuite with existing systems like Procore, ensuring a cohesive technology ecosystem.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Leading system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that configurations meet operational requirements is essential.
Post-Implementation Support: Ongoing support and optimization post-implementation are expected to address issues and enhance system performance.
Requirements
Must be bilingual and fluent in Spanish, and open to recurring travel to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico (2x a month, 3 days)
Possess a strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems, specifically NetSuite Multibook planning, budgeting, integrations - Finance Environment (HR not necessary)
Experience with NorthStar & Procore would be nice to have.
Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in a business setting
Demonstrable experience with Database management and Configuration Management
Knowledge of EO/IR systems and AB Testing
Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents and understand Business Process Functions
Ability to perform tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-judged decisions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other team members and stakeholders
Relevant experience in the real estate and property industry is desirable but not mandatory.
