Prepare construction documents
Analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control
Prepare and process construction paperwork and documents
Address all project completion and warranty issues and prepare final close-out documentation
Establish and maintain working professional relationships with the project team, company field and office personnel
Ensure compliance with construction permits

1+ years of construction experience within commercial construction (or relevant internship exp)
Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and safety practice
Skilled with software such as Microsoft Project
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Team player & goal oriented
