In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting personalized emails and messages to candidates, ensuring our communication is clear, engaging, and tailored to each individual. You’ll help streamline the recruiting process by creating compelling outreach that resonates with potential hires and enhances the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, recruit, and engage candidates through well-crafted emails and messages.
- Write customized and persuasive communication for candidate outreach, interview follow-ups, and job offers.
- Ensure all recruiting messages maintain a professional yet approachable tone that aligns with the company's brand.
- Assist in developing email templates and standardized messages for various stages of the recruitment process.
- Track and manage communications with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine messaging strategies and improve response rates.
Requirements:
- Ideally previous experience in recruiting and writing copy for emails or direct messages, ideally within a professional setting.
- Strong ability to write concise, personalized, and engaging copy for outreach and follow-up communication with candidates.
- Ability to work on-site in Tarzana, CA, Monday through Friday.
- Must be able to start immediately.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple candidate interactions.
- Must provide Instagram handle or application will not be considered.
