Now hiring a Service Technician for the Los Angeles areaJob DescriptionAs a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and component-level troubleshooting of parking payment equipment. Your tasks will include installation, upgrades, removals, parts management, and preventative maintenance services. You will also provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction, update technician support tickets with troubleshooting steps, and handle the resolution of any issues, including parts replacement. Additionally, you will be expected to attend assigned service calls to diagnose and resolve issues, install new meters, provide training, conduct preventive maintenance, and manage inventory swaps. Your role is crucial in ensuring the operational efficiency and customer satisfaction of parking payment systems.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a permanent position. MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and clean driving record.Work EnvironmentYou will work a Monday to Friday shift from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM, primarily outdoors. The role involves handling an average of 4-6 tickets per day. Initial training will be provided alongside another technician for about a month, after which you will handle most calls independently. The position requires comfort with working outdoors in various weather conditions.
