- Process Improvement - These folks will likely be called Process Engineers or Process in their titles of some sort
- Anyone who comes from a BA background and has moved into Process would be helpful- NO PM's- they are too task oriented instead of actually making the changes
- Experience in Tableau, it is a plus, but not a requirement.
- CMMI or Lean Certifications Preferred but not mandatory
- Oversees and assesses existing processes and workflows.
- Optimizes productivity by designing, implementing and testing new procedures.
- Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
- Tracks metrics to discover areas for improvement and monitor upgrades.
- Communicates findings and proposals to upper management.
- Provides thorough instructions for successful implementation of process changes.
- Conducts risk assessments.
- Contributes to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Excellent analytical and math skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to persuade others to change existing practices
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
- Proficient with computer and information technology
- Knowledge of process engineering software systems
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Very Strong use of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, and other functions) and Access.

- Experience in data analysis preferred.
