Minimum 2+ years restaurant management experience. Knowledge of FOH and BOH operations, ability to multi task, commitment to hospitality, adaptability, knowledge and execution of financials/budgets, 50+ hrs. work week, afternoons/evenings/nights, weekends and holidays are a requirement. Only applicants that meet qualifications will be considered.
