We are looking for an Experienced Restaurant & Bar Manager (min 5 years experience).
You will be responsible for Guest Satisfaction and guest relations
Pro-actively executing flawless customer satisfaction at all times
Supervising Cash Handling procedures
Training and development of staff
Ordering and Inventory control
Supervise FOH & BOH staff
Opening and Closing procedures
Vendor relations including pricing and shopping to get the best products and pricing
Quality /portion control for food & beverages
Managing Day to Day financial controls including labor and cost of sales
Competent understanding of controlling beverage costs, pour costs and loss prevention
Must be able to empower the team
Must be ‘hands on’ run food when necessary, put orders away
Drive Sales - Organize promos and events, building business on slower days/nights
Food safety & sanitation of restaurant
Must be a go getter and able to think on your own, get things fixed as needed (resourceful)
Hiring and scheduling as needed – ensuring company policies are adhered to, monitor staff performance
Food Handler Cert
Knowledge of POS Systems
Knowledge and understanding of Beers, Wines, Liquor and food and the hospitality industry
Must have Flexible schedule - am/pm, weekends and holidays required
Excellent written & verbal communication and outgoing personality
This position will involve working until bar closes at 2am.
