DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare high-quality food items according to standardized recipes.
Ensure proper portion control, serving temperature, and food presentation.
Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and storerooms.
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
Assist in production planning, ordering, and receiving of supplies.
Report maintenance issues, faulty equipment, or accidents promptly.
Attend in-service and safety meetings.
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous line cook experience is required.
Ability to work Sunday through Thursday, hours may vary.
Commitment to following food safety and cleanliness standards.
