Positions Available:
-Host/Hostess
Greet and seat guests. Ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The ideal candidate will manage reservations, provide accurate wait times, and assist with guest inquiries to enhance the overall dining experience
-Server
A server will deliver outstanding service to guests, take orders accurately, and provide menu recommendations. Must possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail to enhance the dining experience.
-Bartender
Responsibilities: Craft and serve innovative cocktails, manage bar inventory, and provide excellent customer service. Must have a strong knowledge of mixology and a passion for creating unique drink experiences.
-Barback
We are seeking a motivated individual to support our bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked, clean, and organized. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing ingredients, managing inventory, and providing excellent service to enhance the overall guest experience.
-Cook
Prepare high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items. Experience in fine dining is preferred.
-Line Cook
We are looking for a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
-Dishwasher
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dish ware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, supporting our culinary team to ensure a smooth and seamless dining experience for our guests.
-Busser
Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized dining area while assisting servers in providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate will ensure tables are promptly cleared and reset, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
-Runner
Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables, ensuring timely service, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. A team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Qualifications for All Positions:
- 2 years or more of fine dining experience is required.
- 2 years or more experience with Open Table is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to exceptional service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
