Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks according to standard recipes.
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment with precision and care.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist customers with menu selections and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately through the POS system.
Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies; assist with ordering when needed.
Build friendly connections with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure the quality of every product served.
