Hello! We're seeking new team members with at least two years of barista experience with the opportunity to earn more pay as a shift leader or assistant manager, and a cook with at least two years experience.
Re/creation Cafe is an elevated fast casual art and music cafe in Mid City (near Culver City & K-town) serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We are open Tuesday through Sunday. We are looking for team members who are dedicated, reliable, great team players with a positive attitude, have excellent customer service, and attention to quality.
OPEN POSITIONS:
Lead Barista/Shift Lead:
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a barista with latte art knowledge.
- Available to work at least 3-4 nights a week Tuesday - Sunday (24-32/week hours to start) .
- Experience with food service and ServSafe certified required.
- Management experience and the desire to step up into a team lead position is a major plus since we are seeking someone with the ability to become a shift lead or assistant manager.
- Starting pay $17.25/hour + tips
Line Cook:
- Must have at least two years experience working the line.
- Seeking someone that is fast, efficient, and pays close attention to food quality.
- Must speak enough english to communicate with team members & management effectively.
- Available to work at least 4-5 days a week, mostly evening shifts 3PM - 10PM.
- Potential to become an evening kitchen manager for higher pay.
- Starting pay $22-$24/hour + tips.
