KITCHEN PPREP/COOK
We are currently seeking someone to prep/cook in the kitchen.
Minimum 1 year experience required. Japanese food experience is a plus :)
Must know way around the kitchen, have knife skills and be able to use a deep fryer.
Must be able to follow orders and follow the steps provided to pre-prepare items on our menu.
Must be able to handle multiple ticket orders correctly and efficiently.
Must be flexible with schedule.
Pay will start from $19.08 an hour.
5 hour shift
Night shift
Weekly day range:
Wednesday through Sunday
5:00pm - 10:00pm needed for hire
SERVER POSITION
We are currently seeking someone with at least 1 year serving experience. Must have knowledge of Japanese food and sushi along with the different varieties of fish.
Servers will be required to memorize menu to answer questions for customers that are menu related. Set up tables in our patio. Clean bathroom everyday. Wipe tables so its clean for customers to sit. Study and brush up on our BLogic POS system we use at our restaurant. Take orders for take out when needed. Answer phone orders when needed. Serve food from sushi bar to table. Write down what's missing in our inventory weather its cups, soy sauce, chop sticks, drinks, etc. Close out the shift for that day.
