Alimento is seeking a PM line cook! Candidates must be eager to learn and work hard in a highly positive, team-driven environment.
If you're interested in Italian food, technique-driven cooking, pastas made in house, let's set up a stage and see if it's a good fit. Restaurant experience is great, but as long as you show up every day with a good attitude and a commitment to honing your craft, we want to hear from you.
Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours per day).
Must be food safety certified.
