We are looking for line cooks to work in a fast-pace commercial kitchen.
Compensation $17.00 per hour, averages $7+ per hour in tips
Please be able to meet requirements before applying:
2 Years experience as a line cook, hot and cold
Must be available weekends
Available for AM and PM shifts (starts as early as 7am, last shift end as late as 6:45pm)
Must have a CA food handler certificate
Interest in organic, health-conscious foods and specialty diets is a plus!
Amara Kitchen has two locations, in Highland Park and Altadena. We are a small but growing restaurant and catering company. Our goal is to serve food that makes everyone who eats it feel great. We serve organic produce and free range meat sourced locally. Our innovative but simple menu is designed to accommodate all, regardless of dietary needs. We have something for most everyone's food preference. We want to create a place where people not only come for our quality food but also for the ambiance and friendly staff.
