Schedule: Full-time preferred; evenings + weekends
Crustacean Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our high-end, high-volume culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a refined, fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in consistent execution.
Responsibilities:
Work a dedicated hot line station (wok, sauté, grill, fry)
Execute dishes to Chef’s standards with precision and consistency
Complete all prep associated with your station
Follow recipes, portioning, and plating guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Support expo and communicate clearly during service
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements:
2–3+ years line cook experience, ideally in an upscale or high-volume kitchen
Strong wok, grill, sauté, or fry skills (wok experience a major plus)
Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient under pressure
Reliable transportation and excellent punctuality
Valid Food Handler’s certificate
