Blue Palms Brew House is excited to announce we are expanding our team! We are searching for a fun, kind-hearted individual who enjoys learning about beer and cuisine, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are a BIPOC and LGBTQ+ friendly environment with like-minded individuals and owners.
We are searching for a candidate with a Serving and Bartending background. The position will be part-time, 2-3 shifts a week, with pickup availability. Shifts may be in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Blue Palms Brewhouse is an American alehouse dedicated to providing the highest quality specialty draft beer for Guests to relax and enjoy. We are looking forward this summer to hosting tap takeovers events with local breweries and movie/live music nights on our lawn as we continue to serve the wonderful community here. We pride ourselves in being knowledgeable about our craft beer, cocktails, and what makes our artisan kitchen scrumptiously divine.
We care deeply about our staff and their happiness, and management and owners are committed to providing a fun, supportive, and rewarding work environment for you. Our team is collaborative and inclusive, with principals rooted in respect, creativity, and education.
All FOH staff have the same section: The Restaurant! This way we are all equally responsible for greeting, serving, and cleaning. This means that all tips are pooled at the end of each shift.
