Able to maintain great attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Maintaining all sushi roll kitchen station work areas, to remain clean and organized at all times
This individual must be consistent under pressure
Communicating with wait staff to ensure special requests and food allergy considerations are met.
Must have open availability & be available to work weekends and holidays
